Yoga and Meditation to Benefit Will County Humane Society

Yoga and meditation to benefit the Will County Humane Society! The amazing Shelly Minor (500 RYT instructor) will be leading you through a 20 minute vinyasa followed by  a 10-15 minute sound meditation . This class is open to all, from beginner to the seasoned yogi. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

There is no charge for this class, but please bring a item to donate to the Will County Humane Society. We will be updating the list as we hear of a need, but these are some items that are always needed:

• Clumping Cat Litter
• Purina Dog Food (canned and dry)
• Purina Cat Food (canned and dry) NO RED DYE
• Paper Towels
•  50+ gallon garbage bags
