About the Event
Plants, yoga and growth! The amazing Shelly Minor (500 RYT instructor at Rise Aerial) will be leading you through a gentle vinyasa flow that synchronizes breath with movement. This class is open to all, from beginner to the seasoned yogi.
After class you are welcome to stay and enjoy our shop. We’d love to share what plants can help cleanse negative energy, increase energy flow and induce happiness within your space.
