We are happy to welcome you all for a Vinyasa flow yoga fundraiser at our new space in downtown Joliet before we fill it with amazing items!

About the Event
Help us bring positivity, light and good intentions into our new space!
The amazing Shelly Minor (500+ RYT instructor at Rise Aerial) will be leading you through a 1 hour gentle vinyasa flow that synchronizes breath with movement. This class is open to all, from beginner to the seasoned yogi.
The cost of this class is $10 which will be donated to a local charity (minus system service fee/charity announcment coming soon)
Please bring a yoga mat and towel.
