10/23 Mind and Body Wellness (Fundraiser for Will County Humane Society)

We will be welcoming Vibe High Breathwork, EMT Wellness and Massage and Huge Witch for a day of wellness and community, all in support of the Will County Humane Society! We will be accepting donations of food, litter, toys and other items from their wishlist!

*Vibe High Breathwork (@vibehigh.breathwork) will lead us in a 40-45 min transformational breathe work journey. Feel the benefits of what breathe work can do. It’s a powerful way to change any low vibrational limiting beliefs that are holding you back and reset. Let go of trauma, release grief, fear and much much more. (Relax time after: I would like you to have 30 minutes to relax before driving. Breath work may not be for you if you are pregnant, High blood pressure, seizures, heavy medication, paranoia,cardiovascular problems.) 

*EMT Massage & Wellness (@emtwellness) will be offering mini thai table massages to add alongside your journey of progress. 

*Huge Witch (@hugewitch) will be here to offer personalized Tarot card readings. Readings will be from 5 to 15 min (small fee starting at $25 for readings)

We will also be taking donations for the Will County Humane Society. As Will County’s original no-kill shelter they've been serving the area for over 40 years with a single purpose, provide a safe haven for homeless pets and help them find their forever home. 

***Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or sweatshirt. Light snacks will be provided afterwards

***Please arrive 10 min early so we can start right at 10am
