Philodendron 'Birkin' is a hybrid of the Philodendron 'Congo' and Philodendron 'Imperial Green'.  It is a small, upright plant that grows easily in indoor environments. The foliage shows white and bright yellow striped variegation. Each leaf is unique and you may find a wide variety of variegation and markings from leaf to leaf on one plant.
 
Light: Bright, indirect ( the brighter the light the more variegation may occur)
Water: When top 2" of soil is dry, usually every 10-14 days
Fertilize: 1x each month during growing season
